What credits cover

You subscribe to Norby. Your plan includes credits that cover how much your customers use it.

Credits are simply the measure of that usage, across text conversations, voice conversations, product research, recommendations, website actions and support troubleshooting.

One credit is approximately one typical three-minute interaction. Short interactions use less; longer buying or support journeys use more.

Stay in control of spending

Receive usage notifications at 75% and 90%.
Buy extra credits when needed.
Enable automatic top-ups only if you want them.
Set a limit on automatic top-up spending.
View your remaining allowance in your dashboard.

These are illustrations of the same allowance. Your actual usage depends on the length and mix of conversations.

Standard product cards, comparisons and buying summaries are included within the experience, with no separate per-output fee. Idle time and pauses while customers complete forms or upload documents do not count towards interaction time.

On paid plans, unused included credits carry into the following monthly billing period, then expire. Older included credits are used first.

If your available credits run out, Norby offers your configured contact or enquiry option. Paid interactions continue only when additional credits are available or an authorized top-up is made.

On Free, your allowance renews each month. You can upgrade at any time.
